The Chef in Chef360 is Chef Peter Collins of Greenville, South Carolina. Anyone who has met Chef Peter is not soon to forget him. Chef is high energy and high spirited and has a head full of ideas. With a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales University and a lengthy career in the hotel industry in both chef and catering and convention services management roles, Chef Peter brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He has won several awards throughout the years, such as a HyProformance Award in Sales & Catering as well as a recent award at The Chocolate Affair for his culinary creativity with his “Fruffles” but his most prized award is one he gets each time he meets a new Friend in Food! In business now for just over 6 years as CHEF360, Chef Peter has a growing fan club and it will continue to grow, as he partnered with the Blues Boulevard and Jazz Club/Restaurant in Downtown Greenville as the premier Chef for the establishment.

Born and raised in Greenville, Joe Frasher is the son of the late Lillian Dow Vaughn and the late Dr. Jack Lester Frasher. After a brief stint at Clemson University, Joe obtained his Aviation Management degree from Auburn University in 1979 and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1982. He met his wife, the former Michelle Balsa, in 1986 and convinced her to marry him after a very short courtship of only six months. They have two children: a daughter, Leigh (23), a recent graduate of Clemson University; and a son, Rob (18), a senior at Greenville High School who will be attending Auburn University in the fall.

Joe has been the Airport Director at the Greenville Downtown Airport (GMU) since May of 1983. He is an accredited member of the American Association of Airport Executives, a former member of the South Carolina Aeronautics Commission, and a past president of the South Carolina Aviation Association. In 2008, Joe was named the General Aviation Airport Manager of the Year by the FAA Southern Region. When not working, Joe likes to play golf, travel, and coach church basketball.

Aubie is an 11-year old Sheltie that is full of personality and demands considerable attention from anyone who visits the Frasher household. Gabby is a four-month old Border Collie mix that the Frashers recently adopted from the Greenville Humane Society. Gabby thinks she should be the “Alpha” dog and works hard to convince Aubie that she should relinquish her rightful role as matriarch of the Frasher house.

Erin is a proud native of Greenville, SC. She spent her childhood years attending St. Mary’s and St. Joseph’s Catholic schools moving on to become a Tiger and a Kappa Kappa Gamma at Clemson University. Despite many years of overlap in the same cities, Erin and her now husband, Ryan, did not cross paths until a study abroad program took them both to Florence, Italy. It was there they spent 4 months soaking up the Italian culture, traveling Europe and falling in love. Since graduating, Erin has established a career in medical sales, first working for Johnson & Johnson’s Ethicon Biosurgery division in Charlotte and now selling diabetes medication for Novo Nordisk, Inc. here in Greenville. She and Ryan recently moved back to the place they’ve always called “home” and are happily residing in the Cleveland Park area with their black lab Koi and a rescue named Callie. Callie has settled into the family quite nicely and enjoys chasing her sister through the park, long walks on the beach and has lately developed an insatiable craving for fabric (couches, cashmere sweaters, socks…you name it!).

In her free time Erin enjoys cooking, trips to Kiawah and boating on Lake Hartwell with friends.

Erin is representing her husband’s family business, Community Journals and will be escorting Callie down the catwalk.

Meghan Ludwig is the Managing Partner at The Barkery Bistro; an upscale pet boutique, specializing in four-legged gourmet treats, eco-friendly toys, beds, collars, leashes and gift items. Meghan is very involved in the local animal community thru both business and personal commitments. The Barkery Bistro supports a local animal shelter and/or rescue every month, helping to create awareness and raise money for each Charity as well as assisting with facilitating adoptions. Meghan and The Barkery Bistro have helped over 50 charities in the 5 years that The Barkery Bistro has been opened.

Personally, Meghan supports the rescue organizations by attending and/or participating in many events such as Auction for a Kaws, Woofstock and Mutt Strut. Meghan previously served on the board for the Greenville Zoo and Pawsitive Effects. Meghan also was a founding member of Greenworks and has served as a Rotarian.

Meghan is a life-long lover of animals. While growing up in Tampa, FL, Meghan’s family always had four-leggeds. She always wanted to rescue every stray she saw. Currently, Meghan has Duncan, her 6-year old Golden Retriever, having lost her other beloved Golden, Bentley, in December. Duncan’s favorite thing to do is EAT and also go visit his Grampy Rick at the lake and fetch Frisbees. When Duncan isn’t fetching frisbees or eating his “crunchies”, he is the main attraction at

Spot (11 yrs), was adopted from the Greenville Humane Society 9 years ago. He enjoys short walks on the leash, sitting shotgun, and a good game of keep-away. Sweetheart (12 yrs) is a Cocker Spaniel inherited from Kathryn’s grandmother. Between naps, she spends her days lounging, but she never tires of chasing tennis balls.

Their mom, Kathryn, works for Fairway Automotive Group in Greenville. She has a soft “spot” for animals, so the Greenville Humane Society is naturally a cause near and dear to her (sweet)heart

Joshua Moore-Vingia has more than 10 years of experience as a stylist and has been inspired by some of the most renowned hair and fashion stylists in the world. Being the entrepreneur he is, Joshua, along with a partner, opened Studio 7 Salon four years ago, at the young age of 25. As co-owner of Studio 7 Salon on East Washington Street, Joshua not only gets to live out his passion for style, but he is also creatively inclined to visualize and produce theatrical-type scenes and has produced several photo shoots including set design, costumes, hair, and makeup.

Joshua is an empathetic humanitarian that dedicates much of his time and money to helping those in need. Joshua is privileged to say that he has personally touched the life of hundreds of elderly citizens and women in Greenville County with his involvement at Meals on Wheels and Shepherd’s Gate at Miracle Hill Ministries. Joshua visits the Miracle Hill shelter to cut and style the hair of women who have been the victim of abuse or addiction. In addition, he helped fund research needed to develop treatments for children with neuromuscular diseases by participating in the 2012 MDA lock up event. He truly looks for every opportunity to give back to the community and help others.

Zac Painter is Management Supervisor at Greenville’s Erwin Penland Advertising, one of the largest full-service marketing firms headquartered in the South, as well as the Founder and President of Loggerhead Apparel, a coastal lifestlyle clothing brand dedicated to providing American-made products and giving back to coastal conservation causes. A native of Spartanburg, South Carolina, he and his wife Sara Raynor Painter currently live in Greenville with their 1-year old son, Sullivan, and 5-year old shelter dog, Cash.

Ginny Pazdan and Austin, the Labradoodle, are thrilled to be making their first appearance in this year’s Pet Project Runway. Austin made his theatrical debut in 2008. Seven dogs auditioned for the part of “Sandy” in the South Carolina Children’s Theater production of Annie. Due to good looks and a calm demeanor, he was awarded the part! After fourteen performances and an appearance on Your Carolina, Austin went into retirement doing what he loves to do, walking the neighborhood with Ginny and sleeping.

Ginny is the wife of Joe Pazdan, and mother to Allie, Martin, Virginia, and son in law, Thomas. She is happy to represent her husband’s company tonight, McMillan Pazdan Smith Architects, who proudly designed the new Greenville Humane Society building.

Born and raised in Greenville, T. Hunt “Hunter” Reid is the son of Susan Reid and the late Preston Reid. After a brief stint in Charleston, S.C., Hunter picked up degrees from The Citadel and Charleston School of Law, and discovered his two best friends, a Lab named “Scout,” and his wife, the former May Dawson.

Hunter is an associate at Fayssoux Law Firm, P.A. with a focus on being a general practitioner. Away from the office, he keeps a steady rotation of volunteer work at Buncombe Street UMC, Meals on Wheels, and coaching youth baseball. With so many activities, his wife has nicknamed Hunter the “tennis ball,” because he is “always bouncing from court to court, and then from home to some other organization. He does not stop bouncing.”

Scout is a seven year old Labrador Retriever, who suffers from Frisbee Catching Syndrome and has a large appetite for crumbs.

Belle Riordan is a 5-year-old Bouvier des Flandres. She was born in Belleview, Florida, and came home to live with the Riordan family when she was 14 weeks old. Even at that tender age, she outweighed the family's 6-year -old Cocker Spaniel, Buffy! The two became fast friends. Steady, resolute and fearless, Belle serves as a family friend and guardian. When her humans are in the swimming pool, Belle constantly paces the edge of the pool, staying alert to any danger. In her efforts to save the children, she has left more than one toothmark on their backsides as they jump into the pool! She cannot rest at night until all members of the household are accounted for, and she sleeps in a hallway central to the family's bedrooms. With salt-and-pepper fur and a short haircut, she is often confused for a Giant Schnauzer, but she rarely goes unnoticed on her walks in the park. Her favorite foods are, aside from bison-flavored dog chow, microwave popcorn and bacon. Her favorite activities include long walks with owner, Mike, chasing squirrels, and letting anyone passing the yard know that this property is protected by Bouvier Security! In addition to her human family, Belle lives with best friend Buffy, and an annoying little brother, 3-year-old Tiberius, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever. Her nicknames include Bella Bambina, Bellie, and Bellerina.

As a Greenville native with over 20 years of experience in relocation and real estate at Coldwell Banker Caine, Caroline is a premier authority on quality of life in the upstate of SC. She is the proud mother of 3 children, 5 grandchildren and 7 grand dogs.

Community involvement is a key component of Caroline’s daily life. Her passion in helping to create the best community shows in her involvement of giving back. From board positions at the Art Museum, Greenville Convention and Visitors Board, the Charity Ball Board and the History Museum of the Upstate to serving on the United Way Campaign Cabinet and Board, Caroline stays actively involved. Her involvement gives her a unique position to assist the newcomer in thoroughly understanding all that Greenville has to offer.

She is a graduate of Converse College in Spartanburg. She and her husband Rick both have lived in Greenville all their lives.

Irene Smith moved to Greenville from Austin, Texas in 2003 to work at the BMW Performance Driving School. She oversees the account for the Driving School. Although her job does produce an adrenalin rush, she equally prefers the rush from the satisfaction of supporting awareness about animal cruelty and adoption for animals. Irene even published a book about a dog named Patrick regarding his story of survival after inhuman animal abuse and sharing the support of the community - “The Patrick Miracle & Friends – Pet Parade”. Irene also ran her first half marathon on Patrick’s behalf in Los Angeles, CA. Irene has played an active role with many charity events from Hands on Greenville to orchestrating pet parades for Carolina Therapy Dogs. However, her life’s complete by enjoying the unconditional love from her two dogs (Jersey Girl & Tito) and two cats (Romeo & Baby Jack). Tito and Romeo are both rescues.

Tito (a Stylish Trendsetting Chihuahua) is a rescue from Austin, Texas, and is thrilled to walk the Pet Project Runway to help raise funds for the Greenville Human Society! His dream is to one day come up with his own branded clothing line. His mom refers to his love for clothes as her “Metro Sexual Dog” who is secure in his manly hood! He has already started creating an outfit to dazzle your hearts!

Dana Spinks works at Northwestern Mutual and supports select representatives in the areas of client proposals, underwriting, and development of solid business practices. Since graduating from Regis University, with a degree in Business Administration and an emphasis in finance and marketing, she has been working in the insurance and financial industry. Originally from Oklahoma, Dana met her husband, Whitney, in Colorado while attending school. In 2008, they relocated to Greenville, where Whitney grew up. Dana currently serves as Vice President on the Humane Society's Junior Board and is also involved with Junior Achievement of the Upstate. Dana and Whitney share a passion for animals and have rescued and fostered many dogs over the years. They have three golden retrievers of their own; Lila, Duke and Maddie. Maddie is three years old and enjoys swimming, snuggling, chewing on socks and of course squirrel watching. Maddie has never met a stranger, human or animal and is always eager to show the foster dogs the ropes. Currently, Dana and Maddie are working to become certified as a therapy handler and therapy dog so that they may visit hospitals, nursing homes and schools in the community.

In her free time, Dana enjoys being outdoors, traveling, playing tennis, watching football and trying new foods.

Dana is representing her husband's family business, The Spinx Co, and will be escorting Maddie down the catwalk.

Jay Spivey has been a resident of Greenville County since 1964 with short stops in New Jersey, DC, Houston, Clemson, Columbia and Germany. He is a lifelong participant in local events, campaigns (political and otherwise), fundraising, downtown development and marketing design through a veritable laundry list of organizations. Jay played integral roles in events such as RiverPlace Festival, Fall For Greenville and served on the board of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce.

With an extensive background in developing private sector, non-profit and political marketing strategies - coupled with having owned his own business in downtown Greenville during the '90s – Jay created a new media outlet uniquely qualified to assist in the development of plans and ideas that can make local businesses more successful. This creation was Fête Magazine. Fête Magazine is a multi-media online magazine that profiles the best in Greenville business, community and culture.

Jay will be escorted by his aptly named dog, Gruffyn, named for the Welsh word for “Prince.” Aptly named, there is no doubt that Gruffyn is quite comfortable with the title.

Rita Stone is a tremendous resource to many organizations in Greenville. She has served on the boards of the Children’s Hospital Development Council, A Child’s Haven, the Mental Health Association of Greenville County and the YMCA Metro Board. She’s also been active with leadership roles in many more school, church and community organizations and has acted as advisor to the Furman University chapter of her sorority for 17 years. These days, you can usually find her somewhere on the campus of Greenville High School where she has served in various positions on the PTSA (including President in 2011/12), been the team mom for football & rugby, and is currently serving, along with her husband Chuck, as the Booster Club President. She is a loyal fan and supporter of Greenville High, and can be seen (and heard) cheering on the Red Raiders every Friday night during football season. She often says that her blood runs “Raider Red”.

Rita and her family have always had a menagerie of animals. From rabbits, tree frogs, turtles, snakes, bearded dragon lizards, hamsters, sugar gliders, dogs and cats - they have had their own zoo! At present, they are down to two snakes and five dogs. Ella is the newest member of the family and the feistiest – not to mention the cutest!

Robert Tiffin is a bit of a strange breed. Albeit today he is sporting a hair style similar to the American Hairless Terrier his lineage is registered with the Canadian Kennel Club. He can’t hide his training in the Great White North when he asks nicely to go “oot-side” first thing in the morning for a run. Years ago Robert moved to SC to follow his heart as its strings were plucked by his pure bred Greenvillian wife, of 18 years. He and Barbara are raising a wonderful litter of two.

Robert in comparison to a breed standard has shown best in class of the “Sales Group”, known for their persistence, persuasive abilities and commitment to those that feed them. Since 2001 Robert has been registered with Guardian Building Products to leverage the performance of unique breeds within their sales kennel.

A bit of a dog's breakfast describes Robert’s extra curricular activities. The most recent “meaty bits” include having his head shaved for St. Baldrick’s Day in support of young pups with Cancer and in November taking a team to Miami for the Red Bull Flugtag. We all know dogs can’t fly, apparently neither can Robert.

Robert’s first dog Max (Scottish Terrier), Dewars (Maltese) and Michaux (the cat) may beg (pun intended) to differ, Robert claims to run as a “big dog” guy and is motivated to never “stay on the porch.”

Diana Watson has been anchor of “The 10 O’Clock News” on Fox Carolina for nine years. She takes pride in covering the news that matters the most to people in our area. That could mean interviewing a candidate for President or showing up at a crime scene. Every day offers something different. Diana’s favorite stories are those that show the positive things people are doing in the Upstate.

A story she will never forget, was riding with a Greenville man on several nights, while he gave bags of food to homeless people. She considers it a privilege to be able to tell stories like that.

Diana’s greatest joy is her family. She and her husband Michael have been married for 15 years. They have 12-year-old twins, Lindsay and Leo, who are in 6th grade. They have a cat named Fruit Loop and just last year, they welcomed a new member of the family. They adopted Mia when she was a 10-week-old puppy from the Greenville Humane Society. Mia loves going on walks, riding in the car, and tummy rubs! She has become a hit with the crossing guard in our neighborhood and with the children who are walking home from school. Diana and her family consider Mia a shining example of the amazing pets who are looking for a home at GHS.
